Seven months ago today I became a wife, I married the most handsome and wonderful man I’ve ever met. These past seven months have truly been an adventure and I can’t wait for the next 50 years. Xoxo.
I'm a marketer, cook, avid bug hater, cupcake lover, hiker, klutz, and married lady living in the great state of Colorado...
My name is Megan Stecker and I'm a Colorado native. That's right, born and raised. I currently live in Denver and work in Marketing. I love what I do and watching it impact my client's business. I love to cook and bake. A good glass of wine can cure what's ailing you as long as you drink it in good company. I love the outdoors. Hiking, camping, exploring... I'm in. I have two dogs, Ollie and Duke, and I treat them like a children. My husband, friends and family mean everything to me.
I also, inadvertently, find myself in the midst of disaster on a regular basis.

Wonderful! The best wedding advice I got from my aunt was: “Make sure you guys are newlyweds forever. My husband and I are – people who don’t know us think we just got married recently because we’re still so in love.” Congrats!
Thanks! I love that advice and hope that we will be able to embody it each and every day. I’ll be sure to stop by — always up for some wonderful/humorous/frustrating romanticism.
PS. I’m writing a blog about marriage (for people who are happily married to share their experiences). Feel free to stop by and drop some comments about the wonderful/humorous/frustrating/romantic parts of your experience!
